Whether you will be away for just a night or for over a month, it’s always a difficult time for both you and your dog. It becomes even more unbearable when you can’t be sure whether he is getting the right care and treatment during your absence.

We understand you completely.

As dog owners ourselves, we look after your dog’s physical and emotional well-being. When your dog checks into our hotel, he stays in one of our seven luxury suites. No cages or kennels here. All suites are in a climate-controlled environment to ensure the complete relaxation of our furry guests. We provide them with a soft and comfortable cushion bed and a fleece blanket in case he gets cold at night.

Looking after the needs of your dog round the clock are two specially-trained stewards that take out and potty your dog at least four times throughout the day. Twice a day, the dogs engage in at least an hour of off leash play – either on their own or with other guest dogs – racing around our tarraflex training floor and learning the finer points of socialization.

For an additional fee, our trainers would be happy to review your dog’s obedience skills or run them through our agility obstacles a number of times a week, for a more intense training and exercise program. If you have a senior dog or a dog with special needs, we are always happy to administer any medication or special diets that you may want to provide.
